The lights of Scandinavia will light up the Gambero Rosso Worldtour 2023 for the presentation of its Vini d’Italia 2023 guide.
Among the novelties, the Organic Wines focus, for a start in the name of awareness and sustainable practices. This is a deeply felt theme in the markets of Northern Europe, which are increasingly inclined to spend a little more, in respect of the territory and the consumer. Less environmental impact, value in the bottle and higher margins, the data speak for themselves. The last stage in Scandinavia in which Vinea Domini will participate will take place in Copenhagen.

In a city that boasts a record number of restaurants and wine importers, quality Italian wine is making more and more space, thanks to a further leap: +13.2% in the first 6 months of 2022. Denmark is one of the markets more demanding and sensitive to the organic world, with incredibly refined and profound wine lists, driven by a restaurant industry that has been able to dictate and profoundly influence the world agenda.
